Fixed an issue with new users and other users that needed to accept the privacy policy
for some reason it was redirecting to a 404, it shouldn't have been, but for whatever reason it was
oops

well that's been fixed now and users can correctly log in and accept the privacy policy and access their accounts now

again, sorry about that
